Mark Buehrle of White Sox, again, do have a perfect game that gaves White Sox to a 5-0 win over Tampa Bay at U.S. Cellular Field. Mark Buehrle is perfect that game.

Mark Buehrle struck out six batters and forced 11 ground ball outs. Mark Buehrle is just the 18th player to throw a perfect game in Major League history.

It was the second perfect game of Buehrle's career, the first one is last April 18, 2007, against the Rangers. He became the first pitcher since Randy Johnson to throw multiple no-hitters, and the first to throw a perfect game since the Big Unit did it on May 18, 2004.

Bohol and Philippines's one of the most famous tourist attraction is the Chocolate Hills Philippines. Many tourist and people who happens to visit and check personally the Chocolate hills in Bohol Philippines cannot believe that this are not human touch (man-made) because of its almost perfect shape.

Chocolate Hills Philippines are very uniform in shape and mostly between 30 and 50 meters high. At the end of the dry season, the hills turns chocolate brown (likes a chocolate coated candy) and that is how it was named.

There are some legends and beliefs on how the hills created.

Bataan is a province of the Philippines occupying the whole of Bataan Peninsula on Luzon. The province is part of the Central Luzon region. Some parts of Bataan can be seen from Cavite beach shores and can also be reach thru boats coming from Cavite.

The Battle of Bataan is famous in history as one of the last stands of American and Filipino soldiers before they were overwhelmed by the Japanese forces in World War II. The Bataan Death March was named for this province, where the infamous march started.

The Bataan Death March (also known as The Death March of Bataan) took place in the Philippines in 1942 and was later accounted as a Japanese war crime. The 60-mile (97 km) march occurred after the three-month Battle of Bataan, part of the Battle of the Philippines (1941–42), during World War II.

The march, involving the forcible transfer of 75,000 American and Filipino prisoners of war captured by the Japanese in the Philippines from the Bataan peninsula to prison camps, was characterized by wide-ranging physical abuse and murder, and resulted in very high fatalities inflicted upon the prisoners and civilians along the route by the armed forces of the Empire of Japan.

Beheadings, cut throats and casual shootings were the more common and merciful actions — compared to bayonet stabbings, rapes, disembowelment, numerous rifle butt beatings and a deliberate refusal to allow the prisoners food or water while keeping them continually marching for nearly a week in tropical heat.

Those prisoners who help or assists other prisoners when they fall due to weakness and dehydration are attacked or killed.

On April 9, 1942, as the final stage of the Battle of Bataan, approximately 76,000 Filipino and American troops, commanded by Major General Edward "Ned" P. King, Jr., were formally surrendered to a Japanese army of 54,000 men under Lt. General Masaharu Homma. This was the single largest surrender of a military force in American history.

On the Bataan Death March, approximately 54,000 of the 75,000 prisoners reached their destination. The death toll of the march is difficult to assess as thousands of captives were able to escape from their guards. All told, approximately 5,000-10,000 Filipino and 600-650 American prisoners of war died before they could reach Camp O'Donnell.

On May 30th, 2009, at the sixty-fourth and final reunion of Bataan Death March survivors in San Antonio, Texas, Japanese ambassador to the United States Ichiro Fujisaki apologized to the assembled survivors for the Japanese treatment of Allied prisoners of war, on behalf of the Japanese government.

Roxanne Guinoo was born in Rosario, Cavite on February 14, 1986 to Bernardo Guinoo and Ana Bosch. Roxanne is of Filipino, Chinese, and German descent. She is the youngest among the 4 daughters of her parents. She attended highschool at Atheneum Amcan School in Noveleta, Cavite and graduated batch 2003. She then attended college at De La Salle University Dasmariñas.

Roxanne Guinoo first appeared in the first season of ABS-CBN’s teen edition of Star Circle Quest. It was said that she resembled former beauty queen and Filipina actress/host Charlene Gonzalez and that she has the makings of the next soap opera princess. They said that aside from having dramatic talent, she had very leading-lady features and striking TV presence.

She was paired up with fellow Star Circle Teen Questor Joross Gamboa during the competition, and their pair was dubbed “JoRox”. The two of them were part of the contest’s Final 5 or “Fab 5″ along with Melissa Ricks, Sandara Park and Hero Angeles. Roxanne finished as second runner-up, with Sandara being the first runner-up and Hero winning the competition.

The Municipality of Imus Cavite is a first class municipality in the province of Cavite, Philippines and it is the officially-designated capital of Cavite.

Because of its strategic location at the entrance to Cavite province from Metro Manila, Imus was the site of two major Katipunero victories during the Philippine Revolution against Spain, the Battle of Imus (September 3, 1896) and the Battle of Alapan (May 28, 1898 - when the Philippine flag was first flown), that are celebrated annually in the municipality. The Imus Historical Museum honors the municipality's history with lifelike scenes from the revolution.

Brief History
There are four versions as to the origin of the name of Imus. One states that it is a Tagalog word meaning "a piece of land slicing into the junction of two rivers".
The second says that it came from the latin word "infimus", meaning lowland.
The third is a legend, which discloses that the name came from the word centimos.
The last late tells that it came from a young mother's lullabye called "Limos".

Imus was originally a part of the municipality of Cavite el Viejo (now Kawit). The people had to depend on the visita or periodic visits of the parish priest from the jesuit parish of Cavite el Viejo. The Augustinian Recollects arrived in 1616 to Imus and established a convent. They constructed the church that was to become the Cathedral of Imus, a magnificent and imposing edifice with an ornate facade, impressive belfry and an interior drawn to baroque perfection. Recollect Father Pedro de San Buenaventura petitioned the government, in 1774, to convert the area into an independent municipality. The request was granted on October 3, 1795. President Ferdinand E. Marcos issued on June 11, 1977 the Presidential Decree No. 1163 relocating the provincial Capital from Trece Martires City to this town. Imus remains the capital of the Province, although the seat of the Provincial Government has been transferred back to Trece Martires in 1979.

Mayor Manny Maliksi with Cesar Virata (Enrique Aguinaldo Virata), a grandnephew of Emilio Aguinaldo, inter alia, led the launching of the festival during the program for National Flag Day: "The core of the celebration is sincere love and respect for our flag. Let us love the flag which symbolizes our freedom. For whoever loves the flag, loves our country," he said during the program for National Flag Day.

Marian Gracia Rivera, more popularly known as Marian Rivera, was born in Madrid, Spain to Francisco Javier Gracia Alonso, who is Spanish, and Amalia Rivera, a Filipina from Cavite. When her parents separated 2 years after her birth, Rivera and her mom left Spain and flew back to her mother's hometown in the Philippines. However, her mother had to leave to continue her work commitment abroad that she was sent to her maternal grandmother, Francisca Rivera in Bacoor, Cavite.

Marian Rivera attended Saint Francis of Assisi College System where she spent her Elementary and High School years and De La Salle University-Dasmariñas for college. She had a 3-month practicum, after which she graduated with a degree in B.S. Psychology.

Marian Rivera began her career as a ramp and commercial model, which landed her with an appearance on TV advertisements for Skin White Lotion and Sky Flakes crackers. Production company TAPE Inc. then signed her to cast in a series of afternoon soap operas for GMA Network: Kung Mamahalin Mo Lang Ako, Agawin Mo Man Ang Lahat (where she was named as the "Best New Female Personality" at the 2006 PMPC Star Awards and Pinakamamahal. Oyo Boy Sotto was her leading man in these soaps. GMA Network then cast her into mother roles for the afternoon Philippine-Malaysian drama Muli and the primetime telefantasya Super Twins.

Her team-up with one of GMA Network's most bankable young actors, Dingdong Dantes (playing Sergio Santibanez in Marimar), proved to be a huge success. This is a great news for my fellow Cavitenios. We know that SM Supermarket at Rosario, Cavite is now on its finishing state. Everyday, on my way home from my office, I always stare at that SM Rosario building and I am always amazed by the major development of the construction. I can say that the building contractor is at its maximum speed in terms of building the said mall.
