Wednesday, February 24, 2010

Tony Kornheiser is out while Dan LeBatard was in last Monday at the Pardon the Interruption. The reason behind it was Tony Kornheiser was suspended for his comments about Hannah Storm’s outfit last week on SportsCenter.

According to a good resource blog, this is the Tony Kornheiser Hannah Storm remarks goes:

Tony Kornheiser being the character he is, mocked Storm’s wardrobe by commenting on her “very, very tight shirt,” and said that she looked like she has a “sausage casing wrapping around her upper body.” After these remarks he admits that he is not supposed to be “critical” of any ESPN employee’s but asks Hannah Storm to “stop!” and asks her “what are you doing?”

And more information was added on that said blog regarding this Tony Kornheiser Hannah Storm Remarks.

The Pardon the Interruption host must have realized that he done wrong, and when he appeared on his radio show the next day, he apologized for being a “sarcastic, subversive guy” and called himself a “troll.” He ends the sentence by saying that he has no right to insult what anyone looks like, or what they wear.

You? What can you say about this new issue about Tony Kornheiser, Hannah Storm And ESPN? Anything serious?

I still can’t believe Kornheiser was even suspended in the first place. I enjoy watching him on Pardon the Interruption (or PTI for short). I hope he makes a quick return to the show.
